Raju was a meti... gardner in local lingo... he tended plants and nurtured them... for long...
Those were the days, when guruji use to frequent Shimoga... 250 kms from Bengaluru... and BRP (Badra Reservoir Project) guest house was where guruji wud stay at... raju was always around...
Days when guruji was there... meditating in silence... and totally being hollow n empty... raju was around... seeing that he was not disturbed...
Our recent visit to BRP, we met raju again...accidentaly... he is a retired meti now.. but lives near by BRP... he took us around... showed us places where guruji stood... watched... was in meditation...
Raju was around continously when guruji sat for penance n fast pre SUDARSHAN KRIYA days... so i asked raju... what he had to say... "swami neevella nod dhirodu nanu nodidine... gotta... " (what u have not seen i have seen!!!).. yen adu...i asked.. (whats that!!!?)..nim gurugalu dhyaana madhta madhta nelad melinda 2-3 feet mel hog bid tha iddru!!! (your guruji use to be on meditative poise for long hours and use to raise above the ground sitting for few minutes, say 2-3 feet above!!!)... idella neev nodilla swami... (all this u have not seen sirs !!!)... eevathgu nan main yalla jum annuthey... (even today i get shock - when i visualise it)... and he bowed down to an empty rock near the siva temple at BRP!!!
SO wanna go to mars without a rocket...!!! go hollow n empty..he he he
